Women’s Core Training

Have you hit a plateau with your workouts? Have low back, knee, hip, shoulder pain, or other nagging pain after you exercise? What’s missing from your fitness routine?

Our core muscles are meant to provide stability in the trunk, shoulder, and hip areas for more efficient movement in our upper and lower extremities. Neglecting this area of training can lead to muscle imbalances and limitations in upper and lower extremity power as well as faulty movement patterns. We’ll emphasize exercises for optimal mobility, strength, and power throughout the hip and shoulder musculature. Don’t just wear those abdominal muscles, train them to function effectively and they can help the rest of your body move like it wants to.
