Our programs are designed and tailored to aid, improve and enhance your movement. From individual to small group personal training, fitness classes and sports performance training, we can provide what you need.

Action Potential – Sports Specific Strength and Conditioning Programs

Improve your performance and reduce the risk of injuries with an exercise program designed specifically for you, to help you reach your full potential.

Train for efficiency ensuring you have adequate joint mobility and muscle extensibility, train for effectiveness by learning functional exercises that train the muscles throughout the body to work together with integrated movement patterns that your sports activities demand.

  • Individual packages $150 *
  • Small group packages (up to 8 participants) call for pricing

Package includes:

  • movement analysis to identify areas of imbalance in strength and mobility/flexibility, and to design a comprehensive training program for your specific needs.
  • 2 Individual follow up sessions or 4 group training sessions.

*additional individual sessions $30 per half hour.

Women’s Core Training

Have you hit a plateau with your workouts? Have low back, knee, hip, shoulder pain, or other nagging pain after you exercise? What’s missing from your fitness routine?

Our core muscles are meant to provide stability in the trunk, shoulder, and hip areas for more efficient movement in our upper and lower extremities. Neglecting this area of training can lead to muscle imbalances and limitations in upper and lower extremity power as well as faulty movement patterns.We’ll emphasize exercises for optimal mobility, strength, and power throughout the hip and shoulder musculature. Don’t just wear those abdominal muscles, train them to function effectively and they can help the rest of your body move like it wants to.

ACCELER-8 (8 week small group exercise class)

Small group Personal Training allows for customization to individual goals, along with encouragement from working out with your group.

  • Core training that builds a firm foundation of strength and dynamic stability of the hips, trunk, and shoulders
  • Circuits and exercise complexes to allow customization to individual abilities and goals, to boost metabolism, to increase strength and to promote fat loss
  • Low to moderate impact movements for protection of joints, but will greatly impact your fitness level

Get the most out of your time during this 45-60 minute workout and develop movement efficiency that will help you meet your goals whether that includes weight loss, toning up or improved energy and strength

Blue Sky Running Buddies

This program is perfect for new/aspiring runners, or for runners with chronic injuries such as plantar fasciitis, shin splints, knee or back pain, or those just looking to improve their performance.

  • Improve your running performance

  • Be encouraged and motivated by your fellow running enthusiasts

Program includes:

  • Personalized movement assessment to identify areas of imbalance in strength & mobility/flexibility, and to design a training program for your specific needs.
  • Weekly strength and conditioning class, (small group training)
  • Weekly group running events

Individual assessment: $60 per hour

Small group training: $15 per 1 hour class, or $50 per month
